For us it was ideal.

a short walk to plaza brasserie, where you can have lunch. the location was good. within minutes of suntec city and other local attractions.

The services apartment we had was very clean and of a high standard. I understand that it had been refurbished in December last year. We were lucky enough to have breakfast included and we enjoyed the meals. The hospitality of staff and their friendly nature made the holiday a pleasure.

I loved staying at the hotel. The location was great with plenty of restaurant options in the surrounding area. The hotel facilities were very clean and well-maintained. Also, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Easy access to mrt, room clean, staff friendly & helpful, breakfast was first class.

Only down side was the lobby bar was over priced, but there were plenty of bars in the surrounding area.

The staff were very polite. Location was good. Travel assistance was good. Food was very good and with good variety.

Contrary to the Very Clean rating, we found the toilets, washing machines etc stinking.Though the staff tried their best by giving air purifiers etc, after one day they moved us to another apartment. Added problems was small crawling insects in the kitchen in both apartments. This stopped after they applied insect killers on the 3rd day. We understood the building is pretty old and there is almost no ventilation in the bathrooms and this could be the main reason for the foul smell. So we stopped complaining. Overall as a family with young kids who wanted 5 star clean problem free apartments, we felt our choice was poor, probably we ended up in a 3 star facility and overall felt it was too costly to choose this 5 star price for the lack of quality. Only consolation was the very friendly staff which we would have given a higher rating but for the lack of proper communication among the staff for our meal request when we left early in the morning on check-out day. Our request was poorly handled but ultimately needful was done.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel here and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, situated in the heart of the city, with easy access to popular tourist attractions and shopping areas. The staff at this place were extremely friendly and accommodating. From the moment I checked in, I felt welcomed and valued as a guest. The room amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped kitchenette, comfortable beds, and a spacious sitting area. The hotel also offered a wide range of services, such as room service, laundry, and dry cleaning, which made my stay even more convenient. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great added bonus.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The staff here were excellent, the room amenities were modern and well-maintained, and the location was ideal.

The suites are very cosy and modern and comfortable. Steam room at the swimming pool is awesome.

It is inconvenient to have to take a separate lift to the swimming pool. There is no jacuzzi and the pool is not heated.

It was a great location. Close to MRT and attractions. On the other hand it was quite and relaxing. Having use of a well equipped gym and pool was handy. We had breakfast included in the deal which offered a great selection of food and something different every morning.

The hotel location was great, right in the heart of the city centre near loads of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The room was clean and cozy with a wonderful view of the skyline. The staff was friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. We loved the complimentary breakfast and the convenience of having our washer and dryer in the room.

One thing to note is that the Wi-Fi connection was not steady. Sometimes it dropped out in certain parts of the room.

Modern well-equiped service apartments, convenient location nice part of town. Big pool and gym facilities.

The two-room apartment was spacious and comfortable for a business trip. The gym was well-equipped and convenient for a quick workout before meetings. The location was ideal for exploring the nearby shops and restaurants.

Although the apartment was overall clean, the sofa had stains and needed a better cleaning. The noise from the traffic outside was quite loud, especially during peak hours, making it difficult to sleep.

We were upgraded to two bedroom apartment (appr. 70 sqm). Clean and renovated facilities in the room, lobby and restarurants. Nice and spacious views from the room. Rich breakfast. Good alternative for normal appr. 30 sqm hotel room. Free wifi available in the room!

Pool area needs facelift soon. Not so centrally locates - although the is a new Nicoll Highway MRT station quite near.

Staying in this serviced apartment was a great decision for our family trip. Its prime location was very convenient, situated close to two MRT stations and within walking distance to many restaurants in Kampong Glam. We enjoyed the fantastic view of the nearby skyline from our room, as well as the delicious breakfast served in the hotel’s restaurant. The apartment was well-equipped with modern amenities, including a washer/dryer combo, which was incredibly useful during our stay.

The only drawback of our stay was the slightly unpleasant smell in the ensuite bathroom, although we suspect it was due to poor ventilation rather than a cleanliness issue.
